RETURN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS  

At DossCouture, we want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help.

Returns & Store Credit

We currently offer store credit only for eligible returns. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. Eligible returns will receive a digital store credit for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping charges.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.

Items must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, perfume, or damage.

Any item returned that does not meet these requirements may be denied.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or clearance items

Items discounted 30% or more

Accessories, custom items, or special collections marked Final Sale

Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 3 days may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as DossCouture is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Please include your order number or packing slip inside your return package.

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after delivery to our return address.

Once approved, your store credit will be emailed to the address associated with your order.

Refused or Ineligible Returns

If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, the item may be:

shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense, or

donated after 30 days if return shipping arrangements are not made.

 

Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed between November 15 and December 25 may be returned through January 10 for store credit.
